One Light, One Story, One Powerful Impact

UNC Health Lenoir Cancer services would like to thank our community for making heartfelt donations to the Lights of Love in 2024!

On Monday, October 27th, the UNC Health Lenoir Volunteers presented the Cancer Services team with a check for $20,000 for Lights of Love contributions made in 2024.  These funds are restricted to oncology related services

One of our community’s most visible symbols of the true meaning of the Christmas season is the Lights of Love Tree at UNC Health Lenoir.

For nearly 40 years, this cherished year-round project has been sponsored by the UNC Health Lenoir Volunteers.  Each light you give brings hope and healing to patients and families in our community.  Whether given in honor of a survivor, in memory of a loved one, or as a simple gesture of gratitude, your gift shines with meaning.  Each tribute includes a mailed acknowledgment to the person you honor or their family.

Light Levels: 

• $10 Love Light

• $25 Snowflake Light

Join us as we light the Lights of Love trees on Monday, December 1, at 5:30 p.m. on our hospital grounds.  It’s a truly magical evening.  The ceremony will also be livestreamed on our UNC Health Lenoir Facebook page.
