UNC Lenoir Health Care Launches New Website

KINSTON, NC - UNC Lenoir Health Care has launched a new, user-friendly website at unclenoir.org. The website is a collaboration between UNC Health Care and UNC Lenoir.  The platform used for the new website, Vital Site, is trademarked by UNC Health Care and hosted by Geonetric.  There are currently five UNC sites that have transitioned to the UNC platform:  UNC Medical Center, UNC Rex, UNC Chatham, UNC Pardee, and UNC Lenoir. The Vital Site platform is easy to update and manipulate and UNC Health Care provides training for local site management and ongoing assistance as needed. Visitors to unclenoir.org will find information about services, programs and events easy to navigate as the site was developed with the end-user in mind. The new site went live on Tuesday, October 17.  Part of the transition to the site has been to upload all of our community physicians to the UNC Find A Doc website.  Find A Doc, findadoc.unchealthcare.org, is another proprietary site developed exclusively for UNC Health Care.  This site serves as a central clearing house for all physicians in UNC markets.
