Live Well Lenoir is a population health management program offered to employees on the UNC Health Lenoir plan who have diabetes, high blood pressure, and /or high cholesterol. Employees who qualify for this benefit receive free health coaching, insurance premium discounts, and discounted generic prescription benefits for medications for the three disease states.
