2017 Community Health Needs Assessment & Implementation Plan

Every three to four years, Lenoir County conducts a comprehensive community examination through the Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA) process. Working with the Lenoir County Health Department, community health needs and resources were determined using information collected from surveys, focus groups, and statistical data.
