It’s why we play an active role in community affairs and support a number of programs that serve our area, including:
- Backpack Buddies of Lenoir County

- Learn with Lenoir Reading Program
- Guardian ad Litem
- The Boys and Girls Clubs

- Kinston Lenoir Chamber of Commerce
- Committee of 100
It’s also why we’re working to constantly improve our facilities, adding to our top-notch staff and offering the most up to date procedures and techniques.
This area and its people deserve nothing less.
Supporting a Healthy Community
Concerned with the health status of the community it serves, UNC Health Lenoir offers many free educational health programs, seminars, and screenings each year, and constantly seeks out new ways to positively impact the health status of the residents of Lenoir, Greene, Jones and surrounding counties.
Fundraising for the Hospital
The Lenoir Hospital Foundation is a cornerstone to supporting our mission of quality healthcare to our patients, community and to you and your family.
Annual events, such as our Foundation annual golf tournament, as well as the UNC Health Lenoir Volunteers' Lights of Love, support technological advances in the hospital, as well as supporting patient and visitor amenities.
